Getting Ready for an Interwise-Powered Event
We suggest you prepare your computer at least 1 hour before
the event. To begin preparing your computer, click
here.
When your computer is ready, you will have the opportunity to view
a short interface tour. Please remember to enter the
event 15 minutes before it starts!
Interwise events offer audio through the computer or the
phone. When you enter the event, you will be prompted to select your choice
for the audio portion of the event.
 |
If you choose the computer (speakers
or a headset), you will be automatically connected to the
event. |
 |
If you choose the phone, follow the dial-in instructions on the screen. Your
Telephone User ID will be displayed on this screen
and the default password is “1234”. |
 |
If you are connecting with your phone
only, you will need the “Event Number,” listed
on your confirmation and reminder emails. The dial in numbers
are: 1-866-893-3304 (US); 00-800-0070-0020 (UK, Austria,
Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland) |

| I am registered for an Interwise Live event, have clicked the link to enter the event, but I have not been sent automatically into the event. What can I do? |
If you are unable to enter the event
after you click the link in your email, it could be that the
event is not yet open. Events are opened 15 minutes before
the scheduled start time; if you attempt to enter an event
sooner, a screen will display that says "The event is not yet on air." Simply
wait until 15 minutes before the event start time, then press
the refresh button on your browser to enter your event. Top

| It is
past the 15 minute mark and I’m still unable to access
my event. What should I do? |
If you did not prepare your computer ahead of time, you will have to wait for the Interwise Participant application to be installed on your machine. When this is complete, you should be brought into your event.
Note: Company firewalls and proxy servers may affect your ability to install the application or login to events. If you experience any difficulty entering your event, contact Interwise Live Support at +1 (800) 554-7808, 7:00am to 8:00pm EST (-5 GMT) and reference Customer ID 909.

How will I receive the event materials for my Interwise Live event?
|
Interwise utilizes "push" technology to send event materials to registered participants. The moment you enter your live event the Interwise push technology will work in "fast mode" to
deliver the event materials to your PC in real time.
If you have installed the Interwise
software and are wondering why there is now an Interwise
icon in your Windows System Tray, this is the Interwise push
application. Please do not permanently remove this tool or
you will be unable to receive event materials. To disable
the Push client, simply right click on the icon in your system
tray and select to have it not load upon Window’s startup
process.
Please contact Interwise Live Support should you need to re-install the push tool.

I am logged into my event, but am unable to hear the audio. How can I hear my event? |
Interwise events are broadcast with audio through the computer and through the phone. When you first log into your event, you should be prompted to select how you wish to listen to your event. To listen via the computer, you will need to be logged in on a PC that has a sound card and speakers or headphones.
If your machine does not have a sound
card, you may dial in and listen on your phone. When you
select the phone option, you will be presented with a screen
containing the dial-in number, your temporary telephone user
ID and the default password to use for access, which is ‘1234’.
The dial in numbers are: 1-866-893-3304 (US); 00-800-0070-0020 (UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland).
