Frank Zvi, President and Chief Executive Officer
As president and CEO, Mr. Zvi has established Interwise as a visionary
and leader in the real-time conferencing market. Zvi co-founded
Interwise with Hillel Kobrinsky in 1994, with the vision of delivering
live, real-time collaboration, conferencing and learning over the
Internet. Since then, he has led the company’s direction
into multiple conferencing and collaboration markets, expanded
the company’s operations globally, established partnerships
with firms such as as Accenture, Deloitte, Equant and EMC and attracted
equity investments from Lazard Technology Partners, CIBC, UBS Capital,
JP Morgan, Leeds Weld and SAP AG. Zvi is a former officer for the
Israeli Air Force and was systems architect for Israel's award-winning
Jewel-of-the-Crown real-time software system. He holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Economics and Business Management from Bar Ilan
University.
Hillel Kobrinsky, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board
As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Kobrinsky has partnered with Frank Zvi to establish Interwise as a visionary and leader in the real-time conferencing market. Hillel serves as VP R&D for the last 7 years and his mission has been to continually advance and improve software technology, to make it easier and more cost-effective. During the last 8 years Hillel has guided the expansion of operations in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific while working with Frank Zvi to secure equity investments from Lazard Technology Partners, UBS Capital, JP Morgan, Leeds Weld and SAP AG. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Management, magna cum laude, from Bar Ilan University.
Joseph Gray, Chief Technology Officer
As chief technology officer, Mr. Gray is responsible for transforming Interwise’ business vision into technical reality. Mr. Gray is also a former Israeli Air Force officer and worked with Frank Zvi in developing the Jewel-of-the-Crown software system, thereafter honored with Israel's Prime Minister's Award. He is a magna cum laude graduate from the Bar Ilan University in Israel, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science.
James Trotter, Sales Vice President, AT&T Unified Communications
James Trotter leads AT&T Unified Communications sales and business development activities on a World Wide basis. His track record of more than fifteen years driving domestic and international software sales for companies such as Tivoli Systems, MetaSolv Software, CoManage and Interwise includes extensive relationships developed with many large enterprises based on his strategic and practical understanding of the role and importance of collaboration solutions in the modern enterprise. Mr. Trotter has lead organizations from $10 million to over $300 million; Mr. Trotter’s other previous sales leadership positions include CoManage Corporation, Digital Fairway Corporation, MetaSolv (now Oracle), SoloMio and Interwise.
Tony Gasson, Vice President, Europe
Tony Gasson has more than two decades of Sales, Marketing, Business
Development and general management experience in the software, hardware,
Internet and telecommunications sectors - including 15 years with
high-growth businesses in the multi-cultural pan-European market.
Prior to joining Interwise, Mr. Gasson led WebEx’s EMEA operations,
growing business by 300 percent. Prior to that, he was at PictureTel
Corporation where in addition to growing its core business, he also
launched one of the industry’s first web-based conferencing
businesses. Mr. Gasson also held executive roles at Sales Factories
Partnership, Alterego Networks, GEC Plessey Telecommunications, Microscope
PLC, and British Olivetti.
Yigal Elbaz, Vice President, ROW
Yigal Elbaz has more than ten years of Sales, Technology, Business Development and general management experience in the software and Internet sectors. Mr. Elbaz has worked with Interwise since 1998 in number of sales and marketing leadership roles. Prior to Interwise, Mr. Elbaz directed customer support for Internet Zahav, an ISP in Israel. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from Bar Ilan University, and an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Douglas Collins, Vice President, Worldwide Alliances and Channel Sales Doug Collins is responsible for leading Interwise growth through strategic partnerships and sales channels. He has a diverse, 20-year background developing high performing alliance sales organizations and business partnerships for major enterprise software, VoIP and unified communications technology vendors. During a twelve-year tenure at Oracle Corporation, he established Oracle’s high performing Application Dealer Network, the company’s first major indirect sales channel for Oracle application products. He also owned bThere Communications, a channel consulting group serving emerging IP network and communications companies such as Verb Exchange and Objectworld, pioneers in unified communications, SIP-based and VoIP applications. Collins also spearheaded the entre of Into Networks and Softricity (later acquired by Microsoft) into the SaaS market. Neil Lieberman, Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Global Marketing, Neil Lieberman is responsible for the unification and execution of Interwise's worldwide marketing operations. Mr. Lieberman brings nearly two decades of technology and sales experience to Interwise. Prior to joining Interwise, Mr. Lieberman drove the growth and directions of notable organizations, including Lotus Development Corp., Open Environment Corp., Radnet, Beansprout Networks and IntraLinks, Inc. Mr. Lieberman graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Politics and was awarded the New York Herald Prize for outstanding senior thesis in politics. In addition, Mr. Lieberman earned a Master's degree in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
Gadi Porat, Vice President of Global Hosting
Mr. Porat has over 15 years in information technology operations including the buildout and management of hosted network services, voice and data networks and data centers as well as software implementation, support and support methodologies. Prior to his current role, he directed technology services, developed and managed Interwise technical support and call center operations for Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas operations. Porat holds a B.A. in Economics/Business Administration from Ruppin College.
Ohad Kushner, Vice President of Professional Services and Support
Mr. Kushner brings over 15 years of management and leadership to Interwise. In his role, Mr. Kushner leads the Project Management, Technical Consulting, Training and Customer Support departments. Since joining Interwise in 1999, Kushner has led the development and expansion of Interwise’s Customer Services organization, first in Europe and Asia and then globally. He previously worked for the Israel Prime Minister's Office, Yediot, and as a Company Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. He attended Haifa University, majoring in Economics and Business Administration.
Ronald Kalin, Vice President of Technology and Product Management
Ron Kalin brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering,
system architecture, large-scale project management and construction
of enterprise-class mission critical applications. Prior to Interwise,
Kalin was VP of Engineering for Beansprout Networks (an
eHealthcare start-up), VP of Engineering for Cakewalk Music
Systems (a leading provider of digital media production software),
a Technical Director for Merrill Lynch, a System Architect for
Lotus Development Corporation and a researcher at IBM's
T.J. Watson Research Lab. Kalin holds a BA from Princeton University
with concentrations in Computer Science and Political Philosophy.
Haim Karniely, Vice President of Software Engineering
As VP of Software Engineering Haim leads the Interwise development group. Haim
brings over 15 years of experience in software engineering, system architecture,
large-scale project management and construction of mission critical applications
including GUI rich collaboration and communication systems, as well as real
time systems. Haim holds an MSc. In computer science from the Bar Ilan University
in Israel, where he also earned a summa cum laude Bachelor of Science degree
in Math and Computer Science. |
